Bachelorette Yoga Sessions

Our mobile or in-studio Bachelorette Yoga Sessions are created specifically for the bride! We will create a playlist with all of her favorite artists and design the class around your group's preference (slow flow or heat-building yoga flow). Afterwards, let’s toast to the bride-to-be!

Outdoor Yoga

Southeastern Wisconsin’s natural beauty offers the perfect setting for outdoor yoga sessions by lakes and in scenic parks, providing a refreshing and immersive wellness experience. Outdoor Yoga classes are available May-September at select locations in the Lake Country, Milwaukee, and Lake Geneva areas. Please see our Home Page for upcoming classes!

Private Group Sessions

We would love to work with you one on one, in your own small group, or for a special occasion in your life! Customized private, semi-private or group classes are perfect for those looking to curate a wellness experience for a group, team, organization, family and friends. We can tailor an in-person session to address your individual needs and goals. We have every amenity you need and can even travel to you for your private or semi-private instruction!

A heat building vinyasa flow class, INSPIRE challenges the body and mind through dynamic movement linked to breath. INSPIRE encourages students to get out of their comfort zone through creative flow sequences, twists, held poses, inversions, and breath work. |

Yoga 4 All | Wales, WI

Energy Flow Yoga | Saturdays 9:00am-10:00am

Energy Flow Yoga is an all-levels vinyasa class that is meant to invigorate the body, mind, and senses with physically challenging, yet accessible sequences. Learn how to focus your body's energies to build strength, balance and endurance. Students are always encouraged to rest when needed and receive instruction on modifying poses for their comfort.
